Hotel Beranek Prague

The hotel provided us withnice and neat rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us great suggestions for local restaurants and public transportation options. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area with nice pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets. the hotel was conveniently located near the train station and just a short distance away from the major tourist areas.

Not obvious to find.

the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect - close to public transportation and the National Museum. We loved the restaurant next to the hotel, it was full of locals and had great food.

No air conditioning in some rooms.

That place was low cost including good staff and amenities. Also, I liked how practical the location was.

Cosy hotel, the staff were all informative and accommodating and the location was peaceful close to everything. Bright and warm room, we greatly enjoyed it.

The venue was average, yet I really enjoyed its very good location and staff. Late check-out was useful. Set very close to an underground station in the lovely area. Moreover, Wenceslas Square was 15 minutes' walk away.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Efficient problem resolution - When our credit card payment was not recorded, the receptionist promptly contacted the bank and provided a refund when the transaction was confirmed. Lovely location near the main square and affordable restaurants. The included breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the new city, close to public transportation options such as two subway stations. This allows for easy access to the main attractions and historical center. there are nearby restaurants and shops that are more affordable than those in the main tourist area.

The staff at the front desk seemed unhelpful and uninterested in providing assistance or quality service.

I recently stayed at Hotel Beranek during my visit to the beautiful city of Prague. I was pleasantly surprised by its convenient location, just a short walk from the city center and with excellent public transportation options like the nearby subway. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast provided was abundant and delicious, setting me up for a great day of exploring. I also appreciated the great water pressure and hot water in the shower. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff were helpful and accommodating, great to drop off our bags early and providing us with avery comfy and tidy room. One of the best aspects was the abundant breakfast, offering a wide variety of options to start our day.

The mattresses were uncomfortable and made for a restless night's sleep.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. the location was excellent. It was away from the main tourist area, but still easy to travel around using the cheap public transport. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants that were not as expensive as those in the main tourist area. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were always willing to assist with any requests or questions that I had. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were firm, but I found them to be quite supportive. The breakfast served was also excellent, with a good selection of items to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great.

Great location, 15-20 min walk to city center & 10-15 min walk to central station. Good public transportation connections. Friendly & diligent staff. Clean room with fridge. Nice breakfast included.
